Calcium is an essential mineral for our skeletal structure and cellular function.  Calcium-6 is a complex of 6 forms.  Most products on the market only have 1 or 2 forms.  This means you could be taking a calcium supplement and not actually getting the specific calcium your body needs.  Calcium-6 allows your body to choose which form it needs.  This formulation also contains, 3 forms of magnesium, vitamin D, vitamin K, boron and horsetail to help enhance the absorption of this mineral.  While some calcium pills are quite large and hard to take, we have been able to make ours into a softgel.  This makes the pill very easy to swallow.

The gel caps are easy to swallow and I haven't experience very bad constipations symptoms like with other forms of calcium. Thank you Common Sense!

    Perfect Calcium supplement

Posted by Jamie on 18th Nov 2014

I tried many different brands of supplements and nothing seemed to keep my stomach settled UNTIL I came across the Common Sense supplements. Because it's a soft gel, it makes it easy to swallow AND I've never had an upset stomach after taking it. Def. don't dread taking my vitamins anymore =) Thanks!

I have tried several calcium supplements but they all have caused some stomach issues. This product does not upset my stomach. Thank you Dr. DeSilva for suggesting it to me. ;-)
